Is Hyatt Dining Club linked to World Of Hyatt?

No, the two programs are completely independent of each other. A Member cannot club discounts/redemptions from both programs. Members cannot accumulate World Of Hyatt points on any Hyatt Dining Club spends.

What is the validity of the Membership?

The Membership and benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Is the Membership price inclusive of taxes?

Yes, the Membership prices listed are inclusive of 18% GST.

Are all Hyatt hotels participating in the Hyatt Dining Club Programme?

Except Alila Diwa Goa, Alila Fort Bishangarh, Jaipur, Hyatt Regency Delhi and Hyatt Regency Dharamshala all other hotels are participating in the Hyatt Dining Club programme. You can view list of participating Hyatt hotels for complimentary room nights here.

I have purchased the Membership via the website but haven’t received any confirmation?

For assistance, please contact our Member Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm. As an alternative, you can also email us the payment receipt at above email address, and we shall get back to you.

I have not received any welcome email. How do I activate and use my Membership?

Please check your spam / junk folder of your registered email address and if you have still not received the welcome email, please contact the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm.

I am unable to activate my Membership and am getting an invalid login message or haven’t received any OTP?

For any assistance in logging into your app or activating your Membership, please contact the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm.

Can I start using my Membership benefits immediately?

Yes, you can start enjoying the benefits within two hours, once the enrolment and payment process are completed between 9.30 am and 10:00 pm. Post 10:00 pm, the benefits will be applicable by 10:00 am the next day.

I have changed my phone and can’t login to my app.

For security reasons, the Hyatt Dining Club App is accessible only on one single device. To access your Membership on your new phone, please contact the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm.

Can spouse member also use member vouchers?

No, vouchers are non-transferable. Member must be present at the time of redemption. Spouse members are entitled to membership discounts only.

How / when can I use my discounts and vouchers?

Members can start using their benefits after they have downloaded the Hyatt Dining Club App and activated their Membership account. All discounts and vouchers are redeemed instantly via the App. Member needs to inform the hotel team at the time of arrival that they would like to use a Hyatt Dining Club discount or voucher. Discounts and vouchers are not applicable once a bill is generated.

Can I redeem my dining, beverage, accommodation or spa discount or voucher on the Hyatt Dining Club website?

No, you cannot redeem any benefits and vouchers on the website. Redemption can be done only via the Hyatt Dining Club Membership App at the hotel.

Can I use my food and beverage discounts for in-room dining?

All food and beverage discounts are applicable only while dining at the restaurant or on food take-away orders.

If there are two members dining together, can both members use their dining discounts and vouchers?

No, only one membership and discount may be applied per visit. Member and Spouse membership discounts cannot be combined.

Can I use my discounts on brunch?

All food, soft beverage discounts and vouchers are not applicable on Brunch. However, you can use your discount on alcoholic beverage with Brunch basis your membership tier.

If I am using my gym membership at one hotel, can I use it in any other hotel?

No, the use of your gym membership is applicable only at the hotel you have redeemed the benefit in and in a continuous period.

Is free breakfast included in my room bookings?

Free breakfast is not applicable on the complimentary night stay. For other bookings, the benefit is applicable as per the room/ rate selected by you at the time of booking.

Do I get the lounge access in complimentary suite room?

The access to lounge is subject to availability and solely at hotel’s discretion. Please check with the hotel at the time of making your reservation.

How do I cancel a room reservation?

For the complimentary room night cancellation, please contact the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm. For any other room cancellation, please visit hyatt.com or contact the hotel directly. Please note, all cancellations should be made 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

What all days are covered in the black-out dates criteria?

The main black-out dates are mentioned in the terms and conditions of the membership, which can be viewed here. Moreover, participating Hyatt hotels can have their individual black-out dates any time of the year depending on the availability.

How do I gift a Hyatt Dining Club Membership?

To gift a Hyatt Dining Club Membership, you can simply buy the membership via the Join Now form on the website.

How do I refer my friends / family for the Hyatt Dining Club Membership?

To refer friends and family for the Membership, please use the ‘Refer a Friend’ section in your app. If 10 of your referrals join the programme within 90 days, you receive a complimentary membership.

How do I renew my Hyatt Dining Club Membership?

In order to renew your Hyatt Dining Club Membership, you can click on the ‘Renew Membership’ button (available one month prior to your expiry date) on the ‘My Membership’ screen of your app. In case your Membership has expired or you are unable to renew via the app, please call the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm.
