Is Hyatt Dining Club linked to World Of Hyatt?
No, the two programs are completely independent of each other. A Member cannot club discounts/redemptions from both programs. Members cannot accumulate World Of Hyatt points on any Hyatt Dining Club spends.

Yes, the Membership prices listed are inclusive of 18% GST.
Are all Hyatt hotels participating in the Hyatt Dining Club Programme?
Except Alila Fort Bishangarh, Jaipur, Hyatt Regency Delhi and Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort all other hotels are participating in the Hyatt Dining Club programme. You can view list of participating Hyatt hotels for complimentary room nights here.
I have purchased the Membership via the website but haven’t received any confirmation?

I have not received any welcome email. How do I activate and use my Membership?

I am unable to activate my Membership and am getting an invalid login message or haven’t received any OTP?

Can I start using my Membership benefits immediately?
Yes, you can start enjoying the benefits within two hours, once the enrolment and payment process are completed between 9.30 am and 10:00 pm. Post 10:00 pm, the benefits will be applicable by 10:00 am the next day. In order to use the benefits, download the Hyatt Dining Club App and activate your Membership account. Thereafter, all discounts and vouchers can be redeemed instantly via the App. Member needs to inform the hotel team at the time of arrival that they would like to use a Hyatt Dining Club discount or voucher. Discounts and vouchers are not applicable once a bill is generated.
I have changed my phone and can’t login to my app.
For security reasons, the Hyatt Dining Club App is accessible only on one single device. To access your Membership on your new phone, please contact the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm.
Can supplementary member also use member vouchers?
No, vouchers are non-transferable. Member must be present at the time of redemption. Supplementary members are entitled to membership discounts only.
Can I redeem my dining, beverage, accommodation or spa discount or voucher on the Hyatt Dining Club website?
No, you cannot redeem any benefits and vouchers on the website. Redemption can be done only via the Hyatt Dining Club Membership App at the hotel.
Can I use my food and beverage discounts for in-room dining?
No, all food and beverage discounts and vouchers are applicable only while dining at a participating restaurant.
If there are two members dining together, can both members use their dining discounts and vouchers?
No, only one membership and discount may be applied per visit. Member and Supplementary membership discounts cannot be combined.
Can I avail my 12 complimentary starters in one visit?
No. Voucher is valid for one (1) starter per month when dining at Participating Outlets and spending a minimum of INR 2,000 on dining bill, after any discounts and excluding taxes and service charges. Benefit expires each month, as per the enrolment date and does not carry over.
Can I get two different drinks on my buy one get one on alcoholic beverage voucher?
Yes, but the complimentary drink will be the one of equal or lesser value. This benefit cannot be combined with other offers, and drinks offered for this benefit are at the discretion of the hotel.
Can I combine or use two room vouchers in one day?
No, members are entitled to use only one accommodation voucher per day. You may book a second room at the member discount rate.
How many hours prior reservation is required to use my complimentary room night benefit?
To use your complimentary room night voucher, an advance 48-hours reservation is required, which is subject to allocation and availability. Blackout dates may apply as decided by the Programme (Public Holidays, Christmas Eve/ Day, New Years Eve/ Day, Valentines Day etc.). How do I cancel a room reservation?
In order to cancel any room reservation, please visit Hyatt.com or contact the hotel directly, as per your booking details. Please note, all cancellations should be made minimum 48 hours prior to the check-in date. For more information about the cancellation, refund and deposit policies associated with your stay, please visit Hyatt.com. A no-show for a room booking will result in a cancellation fee charged as per the Hotel's policy.
What all days are covered in the blackout dates criteria?
The main black-out dates are all Public Holidays, Christmas Eve/ Day, New Years Eve/ Day, Valentines Day, etc. or as decided by the programme. Moreover, participating Hyatt hotels can have their individual blackout dates any time of the year depending on the availability.
How do I gift a Hyatt Dining Club Membership?
To gift a Hyatt Dining Club Membership, you can simply buy the membership via the Join Now form on the website.
How do I refer my friends / family for the Hyatt Dining Club Membership?
To refer friends and family for the Membership, please use the ‘Refer a Friend’ section in your app. If 10 of your referrals join the programme within 90 days, you receive a complimentary membership.
How do I renew my Hyatt Dining Club Membership?
In order to renew your Hyatt Dining Club Membership, you can click on the ‘Renew Membership’ button (available one month prior to your expiry date) on the ‘My Membership’ screen of your app. In case your Membership has expired or you are unable to renew via the app, please call the Help Desk at 1800 572 9000 or care@hyattdiningclub.com, any day of the week between 9.30 am to 10:00 pm.
